Ok, ok. So you're probably wondering why we ARE the best Digmon RPG on the net. Well it comes down to a few key factors, each I will discuss in detail below. But for now, let me give you just the basics.
Digimon World X's RolePlaying does not take place on this forum. Rather, it takes place on the Multi Massive Online RolePlaying Social Game, Furcadia. Furcadia is a text-based Role Playing Game that provides users with a friendly interface, and character customization. It uses real-time, which means, as soon as I press enter on my keyboard, you read it. This is a great advantage over other Digmon RPG's where you may wait hours for a response from somebody. On the downside, if the party is not logged on to Furcadia, you will have to wait anyway. That's what the forum is for. As we all know, most of the Digidestined carry cell phones. That's what whispers are in Furcadia, Digidestined using their cell phone. So what if that Digidestined doesn't pick up? Easy, just leave them a message on the Furcadia Board. The only downside to the Furcadia system is that it is hard to get all the Digidestined logged on at once. But that's okay, it just makes it all the more realistic, seeing as how the Digidestined are not always together, and Ruki may be at a party while Takato and Henry are fighting a Digimon.
Digital World X allows both Digidestined from the series, and your own personal Tamer and/or Digimon. However, we ask that you only roleplay as two. Any more is not acceptable, seeing as how it involves less people with the same amount of characters. Our goal is to get digifans involved.
Another feature unique to Digital World X, is it's TeamSpeak 2 Server, which allows Digidestined to project their voice over the internet to talk with their fellow Digifans. No other Digimon website or RPG for that matter offers this.
So, take into factor these unique programs exclusive to Digital World X, and it's easy to see why DWX owns all the DigiRPG's out there.
All the programs listed here are completely free, so go ahead and download them. When you plan on RolePlaying in Furcadia, remember to place your Bio in the Furcadia Board section. If roleplaying as a Season 1-4 Digidestined, remember to make an example post, so we can see if you're good at roleplaying as that Digidestined.
